We currently support detailed calculations for the United States, United Kingdom, India, Canada, Australia, Germany, and Singapore, with currency support for 55+ countries.
Accuracy & Methodology
All calculations use standard, published formulas:
- Mortgage payments use the standard amortization formula (P&I only unless otherwise noted).
- US tax estimates use IRS federal brackets and FICA rates for the current tax year.
- UK income tax uses HMRC bands and National Insurance thresholds for the 2024/25 tax year.
- India tax uses New Regime slabs and Section 87A rebate rules for FY 2024-25.
- Unit conversions use exact SI definitions (e.g., 1 inch = 2.54 cm exactly).
Results are estimates and should not be taken as professional financial or tax advice. Consult a qualified advisor for your specific situation.
